Krikry Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the krikry platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a krikry account you agree to everything set out below.

Each player is allowed one krikry account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a breach of these terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses held within them will be voided without exception.

Fair Play Enforcement

Krikry uses automated systems and manual review to detect cheating, collusion, bonus abuse and any other form of unfair play. Accounts found to be in breach of fair play rules will be suspended and any winnings obtained through unfair means will be voided. Krikry's decision in these matters is final.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the krikry platform, including the website at krikry.net, any associated mobile applications and all games, services and features available through krikry. By registering an account on krikry, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the krikry platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use krikry. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and krikry. They apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or the krikry app.

Important: These Terms should be read alongside krikry's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and krikry.

2. Eligibility

To register and use krikry you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Krikry does not permit anyone under 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
  • You must be accessing krikry from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to check the laws in your location before registering.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a krikry employee or contractor.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from krikry or any affiliated platform.
  • You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Krikry reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification documents when requested, krikry may suspend or close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one krikry account. Creating more than one account — whether using the same personal details or different details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Krikry uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will close any duplicates found, voiding all balances and bonuses associated with them.

When registering your krikry account you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your krikry account. This means choosing a strong password, not sharing your login credentials with anyone and logging out of your account when using a shared device. Krikry is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Note: Krikry will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any message claiming to be from krikry and asking for your password, do not respond and report it to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits

Krikry accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the krikry account holder — are not permitted and will be returned where possible or held pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the krikry deposit page and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are credited to your krikry account balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact krikry support with your transaction reference number.

  • Krikry does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe you have made an incorrect deposit.
  • Krikry reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from krikry are processed to the same mobile banking account used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. Krikry does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

To request a withdrawal, your krikry account must be fully verified. This means you must have completed any identity verification steps requested by krikry, including providing a copy of a valid national ID or other acceptable document. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200
  • Maximum single withdrawal: as displayed on the withdrawal page, subject to change
  • Processing time: most withdrawals complete within 2–6 hours; some may take up to 24 hours during high-volume periods
  • Krikry does not charge withdrawal fees, but your mobile banking provider may apply charges

Krikry reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification checks. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing time, contact krikry support with your withdrawal reference number.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds — after meeting the applicable wagering requirements — can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Krikry offers a welcome bonus to new players on their first qualifying deposit, as well as ongoing promotions for existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

All bonuses on krikry are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) a certain number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated in the bonus offer details.

  • Bonuses must be claimed within the time period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless krikry explicitly states otherwise in the promotion details.
  • Krikry reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
  • If you make a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
  • Krikry may void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including by creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.

Krikry reviews bonus activity regularly. Players found to be exploiting bonuses — for example by placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for further action.

7. Game Rules and Betting

Each game available on krikry — including lottery draws, fishing games, slots, e-sports markets and all other titles — is governed by its own specific game rules. These rules are accessible within each game and should be read before you start playing. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the game rules explicitly state otherwise.

Bets placed on krikry are final once confirmed. Krikry does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to check your bet details — including stake amount, selection and game type — before confirming.

  • Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.
  • Krikry reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game outcome that was affected by a technical error, data feed error or any other system fault.
  • In the event of a disputed game result, krikry's records of the game outcome are considered definitive unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.
  • Lottery draw results are published on krikry immediately after each draw and are final.
  • E-sports markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant tournament organiser. Krikry is not responsible for any changes to results made after initial settlement.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on krikry and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Registering more than one account on krikry
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
  • Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with krikry games or systems
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained this way will be voided and the bug must be reported to krikry support immediately
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
  • Using krikry for any form of money laundering or financial crime
  • Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you
  • Abusing the bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly
  • Threatening, harassing or abusing krikry staff or other players
  • Attempting to access krikry systems or data without authorisation

Zero tolerance: Krikry operates a zero-tolerance policy on cheating, fraud and abuse. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be closed permanently and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Krikry reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended, you will not be able to log in, deposit, play or withdraw until the suspension is lifted. Krikry will contact you via the email or phone number registered to your account to explain the reason for the suspension and what steps, if any, you can take to resolve it.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Krikry will communicate its decision in writing and you will have the opportunity to raise a dispute through the krikry support process.

You may also choose to close your krikry account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered mobile banking account after standard verification checks, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

10. Responsible Gaming

Krikry is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your krikry account settings and through the krikry support team.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem — for example if you are spending more than you can afford, chasing losses or finding it difficult to stop — we strongly encourage you to use krikry's responsible gaming tools or contact our support team for assistance.   • Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your krikry account.
  • Session reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
  • Cooling-off period: Take a break from krikry for a defined period — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
  • Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from krikry for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion you will not be able to access your account or receive any marketing communications from krikry.

Krikry does not knowingly allow problem gamblers to continue playing without intervention. If our team identifies patterns of play that suggest a player may be experiencing difficulties, we will reach out proactively and may apply account restrictions in the player's best interest.

11. Privacy and Data

Krikry collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on krikry you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Krikry uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations and improve the krikry platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

Krikry retains account and transaction data for a minimum of five years after account closure, as required for anti-money laundering compliance. You have the right to request access to the personal data krikry holds about you by contacting our support team.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the krikry platform — including but not limited to the krikry logo, website design, game graphics, text, software and any other materials — is the intellectual property of krikry or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any krikry content without prior written permission from krikry. Unauthorised use of krikry's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Your use of krikry grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell or otherwise transfer access to krikry to any third party.

13. Limitation of Liability

Krikry provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep krikry running smoothly, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Krikry is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, data errors or any other service interruption beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, krikry's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited into your krikry account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Krikry is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, even if krikry has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits krikry's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes to Terms

Krikry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of krikry after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using krikry and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms always supersedes any previous version.
